The Summer Attic Book is an artist journal I made in 2013 after I moved back home from Richmond, Virginia.
I created the journal out of old art material that I had stowed away in my old attic room. It was a hot summer–a haze now (yes pun intended), but it was at that time I was making sense of my past relationship. I wrote personal reflections and aspirations as an artist while moving forward from the feelings of attachment.
